Sorry this is late this week! Maybe I will go to a loose schedule and not stay fixed on Wednesdays for publishing. But I do like the routine and stability! Work has just been a LOT. We’ll see!

So there’s an alchemical moment in anger where you stop seeing the thing you’re fighting against, and you start seeing the thing you’re fighting for. And in that - anger becomes passion, becomes clarity, becomes commitment, becomes a greater vision.”
Went to a really good event called MOSAIC in Toronto. It focuses on community, culture, and psychedelics, and was so refreshingly interesting. Highly recommend attending the next one in November if you’re into that kind of thing. Keep tabs on the next one here 🍭
